Ingredients

  • 1 large lime jello
  • 1 large lemon jello
  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 large can pineapple, undrained
  • 1 large cottage cheese
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 c. boiling water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lime and lemon jellos in boiling water.
  2. Combine the dissolved jellos with condensed milk, lemon juice, pineapple with juice, cottage cheese, and chopped pecans.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mold pan.
  4. Place in the refrigerator overnight to set.
  5. Serve the jello mold chilled.
