Ingredients

  • 2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large strawberry Jello
  • 1 large can Pet milk
  • Graham Cracker pie crust

Instructions

  1. Mix pineapple juice, sugar, and eggs well in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add strawberry Jello to the mixture, stir until dissolved, then let it cool.
  3. Chill the can of Pet milk until cold.
  4. Beat the chilled Pet milk until stiff peaks form.
  5. Combine the cooled Jello mixture with the beaten milk thoroughly.
  6. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust.
  7. Refrigerate until set before serving.
