Ingredients

  • 1 box sugar-free cherry Jell-O
  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 3/4 to 1 cup chopped apple
  • 2 sliced bananas
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Bring 1 cup of apple juice to a boil and dissolve the sugar-free cherry Jell-O in it.
  2. Add ice cubes to 1/2 cup of apple juice to make 1 cup total, then mix into the Jell-O mixture.
  3. Allow the Jell-O mixture to cool slightly.
  4. Add chopped apple, sliced bananas, sliced celery, and chopped nuts to the Jell-O mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour into a mold or dish and refrigerate until set, about 2-4 hours.
