- Bring 1 cup of apple juice to a boil and dissolve the sugar-free cherry Jell-O in it.
- Add ice cubes to 1/2 cup of apple juice to make 1 cup total, then mix into the Jell-O mixture.
- Allow the Jell-O mixture to cool slightly.
- Add chopped apple, sliced bananas, sliced celery, and chopped nuts to the Jell-O mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour into a mold or dish and refrigerate until set, about 2-4 hours.
