A quick and refreshing Jello-Yogurt dessert with creamy yogurt flavor, perfect for family gatherings or a light sweet treat on warm days.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Jello (any flavor)
  • 1 C. boiling water
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • 6 oz. vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the Jello in boiling water.
  2. Add ice cubes to the dissolved Jello and stir until ice cubes are just about melted, then remove them.
  3. Pour the Jello mixture into a blender.
  4. Add the vanilla yogurt to the blender and blend well.
  5. Pour the mixture into 4-6 glasses.
  6. Refrigerate until set.
  7. Top with Cool Whip and fruit before serving.
