Ingredients

  • 2 lb hamburger
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 pounds of hamburger with your favorite meat loaf ingredients such as eggs, bread crumbs, and seasonings.
  2. On waxed paper, press the meat mixture into a rectangle 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Prepare the Stove Top stuffing according to package directions.
  4. Spread the cooked stuffing over the meat rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the stuffing.
  6. Using waxed paper to help, roll the meat into a jellyroll shape.
  7. Place the rolled meat seam side down in a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
  8. Pour and spread cream of chicken soup over the top of the rolled meat.
  9. Cover loosely with foil and bake for about 3 hours at 250°F or 1 hour at 350°F, or until done.
