Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 8 oz. package sharp Cracker Barrel cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper

Instructions

  1. Let the cream cheese and sharp cheese soften to room temperature.
  2. Cream the cheeses together until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Add chopped pimento, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice, then mix thoroughly.
  4. Shape the mixture into one or two balls or rolls.
  5. Optional: Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans or parsley flakes.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve, several hours if possible.
  7. Serve with assorted crackers.
