Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned, and cut into small pieces
  • 2 cups chicken broth (reserved from boiling the chicken)
  • 4 green onion tops, chopped
  • 14 3/4 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, cut up, including juice
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 7 oz rice pilaf, cooked in the reserved broth

Instructions

  1. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator before serving.
