Ingredients

- 1 lb. boneless lamb, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced ⓘ
- 3/4 cup apple juice or dry red wine ⓘ
- 1 cup low salt chicken broth, divided ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon ground sage ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour ⓘ
- 3 cups hot cooked linguine ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional) ⓘ
Instructions
- Spray a large skillet or saucepan with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.
- Add lamb cubes and minced garlic; cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until lamb is evenly browned.
- Add apple juice, 1/2 cup of chicken broth, crushed rosemary, ground pepper, and ground sage; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, or until lamb is tender.
