Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 pound cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together on medium speed of mixer.
  2. Pour into a spring-form cake pan.
  3. Bake at 325°F for about 45 minutes.
  4. Then brown the top in your broiler.
  5. Watch carefully, as it will brown quickly.
