Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 4 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the fish into serving pieces.
  2. Dip each piece into the milk.
  3. Roll the dipped fish into the crumb mixture.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over the coated fish.
  5. Bake at 500°F for 10 minutes.
