Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 boxes Jiffy yellow cornbread mix
  • 1 small can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted oleo, eggs, cream-style corn, sour cream, and the contents of both boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
