Ingredients

  • 8 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. vanilla or pineapple instant pudding mix
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (unsweetened)
  • 1 small yellow cake mix
  • topping

Instructions

  1. Gradually add milk to softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
  2. Add instant pudding mix to the cheese mixture and blend well.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture to thicken.
  4. Drain the crushed pineapple.
  5. Bake the yellow cake mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350°F for 20 minutes or less, then let cool.
  6. Spread the vanilla-cheese pudding over the cooled cake.
  7. Sprinkle the drained pineapple over the pudding.
  8. Top with your desired topping, refrigerate, and cut into squares.
