Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. crushed pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients; pour in a greased pan.
  2. Bake at 350° until a golden brown.
  3. Combine evaporated milk, sugar and margarine and cook over low heat until butter melts; pour baked cake.
  4. Mix together pecans and coconut; sprinkle over top of cake.
