Ingredients

  • 1/8 to 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tablespoon carob powder
  • 1 cup white flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • sprinkle of white sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/8 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Pour the batter into a buttered pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F until done.
