- Mix together 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 cup heavy cream.
- Cover the bottom of a 10 x 6 x 2-inch glass baking dish with the sliced cheese.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the cheese.
- Break 10 eggs over the cream layer.
- Pour the remaining cream mixture over the eggs.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
- Bake in a slow oven at 325°F for 20 minutes or until the cheese melts and eggs are set.
- Alternatively, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate uncooked; bring to room temperature, uncover, and bake before serving.
