  1. Arrange chops in a single layer in a shallow baking dish with meatiest portion toward outside edges.
  2. Top with lemon slices.
  3. Add 2/3 cup apple juice and 1/3 cup water.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce power to Medium; microwave 15 to 18 minutes.
  6. Let stand, covered, while preparing gravy.
  7. Pour 1 cup pan juices into a 2 cup glass measure; discard remaining juices.
