- Combine the cream of celery and cream of mushroom soups with water.
- Spread a very thin layer of the soup mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Layer half of the cooked lasagne noodles over the soup mixture.
- Add half of the chopped onion, drained sauerkraut, and cheddar cheese over the noodles.
- Repeat with another layer of noodles, followed by browned hamburger, remaining onion, sauerkraut, and cheese.
- Pour the soup mixture evenly over the assembled layers.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
