Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 5 c water
  • 3 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk or 2 c regular milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place crab meat in water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add cream of potato soup, cream of celery soup, evaporated milk or regular milk, and margarine.
  3. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
