Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup corn syrup (maple flavor)
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered nonfat milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls about the size of walnuts.
  3. Refrigerate the balls for one to two hours until chilled.
  4. For best results, make a day ahead of serving.
  5. Optionally, roll the candies in finely shredded coconut or chopped pecans.
  6. Place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheets until fully chilled.
