Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 lb. Kraft Velveeta cheese
  • 1 tsp. celery salt or flakes
  • 1 can Ro-Tel chopped tomatoes and peppers
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, drain and set aside.
  2. In a crock-pot, place cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes and can of Ro-Tel.
  3. heat until cheese is melted, then add seasonings and beef.
  4. Turn crock-pot to low heat.
  5. When thoroughly heated, serve with chips and vegetables.
