John'S Salsa
A vibrant, spicy salsa with fresh tomatoes, jalapenos, garlic, and onions, perfect for dipping, topping, or adding a fiery kick to any Mexican-inspired meal.

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, except cornstarch, in a large pot.
- Heat to boiling point.
- Remove 1 cup of the mixture and add cornstarch to it. Stir well.
- Return the cornstarch mixture to the pot.
- Stir and cook only until the cornstarch is dissolved.
- Remove from heat.
- Cool the salsa.
- Store in jars in the refrigerator for 10 days to two weeks.
