Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg and milk together in a bowl.
  2. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  3. Stir in the melted margarine.
  4. Pour batter onto a hot, greased griddle or skillet to form pancakes.
