Ingredients

  • yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup Milnot
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 sliced bananas

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yellow cake mix according to the package directions to make 2 layers.
  2. Bake the layers and let them cool.
  3. Slice each cake layer horizontally into two pieces to make 4 layers in total.
  4. In a saucepan, cook the Milnot, sugar, and butter until thickened.
  5. Place sliced bananas between each cake layer.
  6. Pour the hot icing over the assembled cake to cover the top and sides.
  7. Optionally, add whipped cream on top before serving.
