Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup grated cheese (mild natural Colby)
  • 1 pound uncooked sausage

Instructions

  2. Roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 300°F for 45 minutes.
  4. Cover the baking sheet with foil after baking.
  5. The sausage balls can be frozen after baking; leave the foil on and reheat at 350°F for 15 minutes.
