Ingredients

  • 2 cans biscuits
  • 1 beaten egg white
  • 1/2 cup Ragu sauce
  • 3 1/2 oz. ground turkey
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1/4 cup canned mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup Ragu sauce
  • 1 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Press biscuits into a Pam-sprayed pan.
  2. Brush the biscuits with beaten egg white.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F and bake until brown.
  4. Spread 1/2 cup Ragu sauce over the biscuits.
  5. Add ground turkey, oregano, salt, chopped onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper on top.
  6. Pour another 1/4 cup Ragu sauce over the toppings.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
