Rainy Day S'Mores

Creamy, chocolatey s'mores with a graham cracker crust, perfect for rainy days or cozy gatherings, blending rich chocolate, toasted marshmallows, and crunchy crackers.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 12 oz. milk chocolate morsels
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups graham cracker pieces
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Place butter, evaporated milk, marshmallows, and morsels in the top of a double boiler.
  2. Heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until all ingredients are melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Place broken graham cracker pieces in a large bowl.
  4. Stir in the melted marshmallow mixture until each piece is well coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 13x9 inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Sprinkle the top with remaining mini marshmallows.
  7. Allow s'mores to set for about 30 minutes before cutting.
  8. Use a warm knife for easier cutting.
