Rainy Day S'Mores
Creamy, chocolatey s'mores with a graham cracker crust, perfect for rainy days or cozy gatherings, blending rich chocolate, toasted marshmallows, and crunchy crackers.

Instructions
- Place butter, evaporated milk, marshmallows, and morsels in the top of a double boiler.
- Heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until all ingredients are melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Place broken graham cracker pieces in a large bowl.
- Stir in the melted marshmallow mixture until each piece is well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a 13x9 inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle the top with remaining mini marshmallows.
- Allow s'mores to set for about 30 minutes before cutting.
- Use a warm knife for easier cutting.
