Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 4 heaping Tbsp. sour cream
  • cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the chopped frozen spinach thoroughly, squeezing out excess liquid.
  2. Saute chopped onions in butter until tender.
  3. Mix the drained spinach, sautéed onions, Parmesan cheese, and sour cream together.
  4. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
