Ingredients

  • 1 lg. box orange jello (dry)
  • 2 12 oz. containers Cool Whip
  • 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 2 c. mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 2 containers cottage cheese (small curd)

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry orange jello, Cool Whip, and cottage cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Add well-drained crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges to the mixture.
  3. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and optionally decorate the top with orange segments, cherries, and nuts.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
