Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Cream sugar, butter, margarine, and eggs together.
  2. Add milk and blend well.
  3. Add flour and baking powder, and mix until combined.
  4. Stir in vanilla and coconut.
  5. Pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
