Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 packages refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 12-ounce jar apricot preserves

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine sugar, chopped nuts, and cinnamon.
  2. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the mixture into a greased Bundt pan.
  3. Cut each biscuit in half and roll into balls.
  4. Dip each biscuit ball in melted butter.
  5. Layer biscuit balls, cinnamon mixture, and 1/2 cup of apricot preserves in the pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
  7. Turn out the cake onto a wire rack.
  8. Top with remaining apricot preserves.
  9. Garnish with cherries before serving.
