- In a small bowl, combine sugar, chopped nuts, and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the mixture into a greased Bundt pan.
- Cut each biscuit in half and roll into balls.
- Dip each biscuit ball in melted butter.
- Layer biscuit balls, cinnamon mixture, and 1/2 cup of apricot preserves in the pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
- Turn out the cake onto a wire rack.
- Top with remaining apricot preserves.
