Ingredients

  • any piece of deer meat
  • onion
  • green bell peppers
  • bacon
  • Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Place the deer meat on a piece of aluminum foil.
  2. Cover the top of the meat with bacon slices.
  3. Slice the onion into rings and place on top of the bacon.
  4. Clean the green bell peppers and cut into slices or rings, then place on top of the onion rings.
  5. Pour Italian dressing over the assembled ingredients.
  6. Seal the aluminum foil tightly.
  7. Cook at 350°F (175°C) until the meat is tender, either by baking or grilling slowly.
