Ingredients

  • 10 oz. can Frito Lay Bean Dip
  • 4 oz. jar chopped green chilies
  • 1 onion
  • 1 envelope taco mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Blend the bean dip, chopped green chilies, chopped onion, taco mix, sour cream, and cream cheese thoroughly.
  2. Pour the mixture into a deep dish pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and parsley.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  5. If doubled, bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with taco chips.
