Instructions
- Set oven at 400°F.
- Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla, and flour.
- Mix well.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Stir in Kahlua, dark corn syrup, evaporated milk, and pecans.
- Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the pastry crust.
- Lightly press finely chopped pecans into the crust.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 400°F, then reduce oven temperature to 325°F.
- Bake until the filling is firm, about 40 minutes.
- Chill before serving.
