Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 lb beef liver, cut into thin strips
  • 1 12 tablespoons flour
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • hot fluffy rice

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil.
  2. Saute garlic, onion, and sesame seeds until golden.
  3. Add liver and cook, while stirring, until it loses its red color.
  4. Sprinkle on flour, then stir in pepper, sugar, salt, soy sauce, and water.
  5. Bring to a boil, then cook 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve at once with hot fluffy rice.
