Kangaroo Pancakes

Instructions
- Mix meat, onion and sauted mushrooms together with sour cream and Worcestershire sauce.
- Make pancake batter.
- Follow directions on the box, but use enough milk to make it thin enough for crepes. The batter should look like thin cream.
- Use about 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Fry in medium skillet.
- Turn each cooked pancake out onto plate and fill with about 2 to 3 tablespoons of meat mixture.
- Roll up crepe style and serve garnished with lettuce.
