- Soak the meat in the refrigerator for about 24 hours. Drain off the meat and save the juice.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the roast in a roasting pan and cook uncovered for about 30 minutes.
- Add the drained juice to the roast and continue cooking uncovered for an additional 1 hour.
- Put 6 ginger snaps in the juice to make a thick gravy.
- Cover the roasting pan and cook for about 1 hour or until the meat is tender and done.
