Ingredients

  • 2 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 c confectioners sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 5 medium banana, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 20-oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 container whipped topping
  • 1 c chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine crumbs and 1/2 melted butter. Pat into bottom of glass sheet cake pan to make a crust.
  2. Combine remaining butter and sugar and mix well.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Mix in vanilla.
