Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts or whole chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp poppy seed
  • 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken until done, then pull off the bone and shred or chop into pieces.
  2. Mix and heat the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and poppy seed until well combined and warm.
  3. Place the cooked chicken in a casserole dish and pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers and dot with margarine on top of the casserole.
  5. Bake at 325°F until bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
