Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 small cans chili hot beans
  • 1 large can chili hot beans
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can salsa

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, fry the hamburger, sausage, and chopped onion.
  2. Drain the fat from the meat mixture.
  3. In a large pot, add the chili hot beans and stewed tomatoes.
  4. Add the cooked meat mixture to the pot and stir.
  5. Pour in tomato juice to reach desired thickness.
  6. Add chili mix seasoning and garlic salt, then stir well.
  7. Simmer the chili for 20-30 minutes.
  8. Serve garnished with Fritos and American cheese.
