Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and cook until well combined.
  3. In a greased casserole dish, layer the cooked beef mixture and refried beans.
  4. Spread sour cream over the layered mixture.
  5. Top with grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  6. Bake at 350°F until the cheese has melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
