Instructions
- Cut meat into small pieces and fry in oil and water.
- Add the onions.
- When tender, add sliced mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, wine, savory, salt and parsley with a little water and mix.
- Pour into earthenware dish or bowl.
- Bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes.
