Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Instructions

  1. Pour crushed pineapple in an oblong pan and pour 1/2 cup pecans over pineapple.
  2. Put dry cake mix into pan on pineapple and pecans.
  3. Pour second 1/2 cup pecans over cake mix.
  4. Slice butter over cake mix and pecans and bake at 325° until done.
