- Spray an 11 3/4 x 9 3/8 x 2 1/2-inch foil pan with nonstick spray.
- Line the bottom and sides of the pan with pie crust.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Drain and rinse three large cans of sliced peaches.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine drained peaches with 2 to 3 cups of sugar, lemon flavor, and vanilla flavor.
- Mix well to coat the peaches thoroughly.
- Pour the peach mixture into the prepared pie crust-lined pan.
- Cover with additional pie crust or create a lattice top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes until the crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
