Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Owens sausage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies, drained
  • 1 small can jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 large bag corn chips

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage and beef; drain.
  2. Add onion and pepper and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add cheese, Ro-Tel, jalapenos, soup; heat and blend.
  4. Serve hot with chips on side.
