Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. top sirloin, sliced thin
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 tsp. beef bouillon, added to 1 c. water
  • 3 tsp. oil
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut beef into thin strips.
  2. Add oil to pan.
  3. Heat.
  4. Add beef and cook about 5 minutes.
  5. Then remove meat from oil.
  6. Add celery, green peppers, onions and garlic.
  7. Stir-fry these vegetables about 7 minutes.
  8. Add bouillon, cornstarch and soy sauce.
  9. Blend well, then add beef and cook until meat is tender.
