Instructions
- Cut beef into thin strips.
- Add oil to pan.
- Heat.
- Add beef and cook about 5 minutes.
- Then remove meat from oil.
- Add celery, green peppers, onions and garlic.
- Stir-fry these vegetables about 7 minutes.
- Add bouillon, cornstarch and soy sauce.
- Blend well, then add beef and cook until meat is tender.
