Ingredients

  • 1 bag Fritos dipping chips
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Saute the chopped onions, celery, and mushrooms in butter until tender.
  2. Cook the frozen chopped broccoli slightly until warmed through.
  3. Mix the cooked broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, and sautéed vegetables together.
  4. Heat the mixture over low heat until hot, then serve with Fritos dipping chips.
