Ingredients

  • 50 gm pitted dates
  • 15 gm seedless raisins
  • 1 tsp. zeera powder
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 heaping tsp. tamarind concentrate
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 125 ml water
  • 3/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Sieve the mixture to remove any residue.
  4. Serve the strained chutney with kababs and tikkas.
