Ingredients

  • 4 oz. fried crisp and drained ???
  • 3 (6 oz.) cans clams
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups canned milk
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Take the liquid from the canned clams and add water to make 2 cups.
  2. Cook the potatoes and onion in a covered pan for 15 minutes or until tender.
  3. Stir in the clams and canned milk.
  4. Add the light cream, milk, flour, Worcestershire sauce, heat gently, and serve.
