Ingredients

  • 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Fill 20 to 22 cupcake pans with paper liners.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and butter together.
  3. Beat the eggs until thick, then add sugar.
  4. Beat in the flour.
  5. Fold in the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling them 2/3 full.
