Kim'S Banana Bread

- Flour and grease 1 large or 2 medium bread pans
- preheat oven to 350 farenheit
- cream butter and sugar until fluffy
- Add eggs, beat thoroughly
- Add nutmeg, allspice and baking soda. mix to combine
- stir milk and lemon juice together
- Alternately add 1/2 of flour and 1/2 of milk to bowl. Mix to combine. Add remaining flour and milk
- Mash bananas on a plate
- Stir bananas into batter.
- Add nuts if using
- Pour into prepared bread pans.
- Bake at 350 F 1 1/4 hour for large pan or 50 minutes for medium. test with skewer or toothpick - remove when small crumbs adhere.
- Cool in baking pan for 15 minutes, remove and cool on wire rack
